Hayward Pools Australia is one of the major pool supplies distributors in Australia, selling heating systems, cleaning technology and pool pumps and filters to distributors throughout Australia.

We are lucky to partner with them to aid with a range of marketing requirements.

The Method

From bringing their outdated fax-system order model to an online model, through to creating a custom heat pump calculator that helps distributors know which heat pump is right for their location – we’ve helped deliver a range of projects since 2021.

And that’s not mentioning the monthly support, where we deliver social media, email campaigns to increase engagement and retain distributors as well as event support as needed. We certainly enjoyed working alongside Hayward at the 2022 Splash conference in the Gold Coast.

The Results!

The main goal was to increase brand awareness to direct consumers while increasing the engagement of the distributors Hayward partners with.

And we did this by building an internal automated system that lets the sales team know when partners are close to hitting revenue targets, while simultaneously letting the distributor know how close they are to hitting their target to receive bonuses. Since implementing this system, distributor sales have increased dramatically, and distributors are sharing the Hayward brand in store and on their socials more than ever.
